Gisele Carvaño

Gisele Carvaño has a strong background in solution engineering and technical support. Gisele started their career at CA Technologies in 2012, where they worked as a Tech Support representative. In this role, they were responsible for assisting global support engineers with product implementation and serving as a customer advocate. Gisele also conducted tests in an environment replicating customer coding and used various tools such as SQL, XML, Excel, and PowerBI.

In 2015, Gisele moved to KPMG US as a Solution Engineer. Here, they utilized their engineering and data insights skills to address operational problems and achieve significant business impact. Gisele also led complicated integrations with the support of customer success and implemented automation to enhance labor processes and procedures.

Since 2019, Gisele has been working at Datarails as an FP&A Solution Engineer. In this role, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new concepts for customer-specific custom solutions. Gisele also manages, evaluates, and validates customer-generated data to maximize the utilization of Datarails' platform and advises on process modifications to improve value.

Gisele Carvaño pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems from the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
