Russ Hilk

Russ Hilk is an experienced executive with a strong background in business management and auction services. Since January 2023, Russ has served as the Chief Executive Officer of DataRef. In addition, Russ has held the position of President at Fram Fram since April 2011, providing solutions for businesses to buy, sell, or trade surplus industrial assets. As the Founder of Wavebid from April 2011 to September 2019, Russ contributed to innovative auction solutions. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President at Hoff-Hilk Auction Services from June 2002 to January 2011. Russ holds a degree in Economics from St. Olaf College and has been associated with the Worldwide College of Auctioneering since 2002.
