Naomi Z. has over 10 years of experience in customer success and marketing. Naomi began their career in 2011 as a Marketing Co-op Student at BC Hydro. Naomi then joined TELUS in 2012 as a Product Specialist. In 2013, Naomi moved to GLENTEL Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator for WIRELESSWAVE. In 2015, they joined Vision Critical as a Customer Success Manager, and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in 2018. Naomi then moved to Phrasee as a Senior Customer Success Manager in 2020. In 2022, Naomi was appointed Director of Customer Success at Tempr., where they were responsible for designing the client experience from onboarding, trial to a full client. Finally, in 2023, Naomi became the Head of Customer Success at Dataseat (now part of Verve Group).
Naomi Z. obtained a degree in Business with a field of study in Marketing from Simon Fraser University between 2008 and 2013. Naomi has also obtained additional certifications from LinkedIn and Google, including "Negotiating with Agility" (June 2019), "Strategic Negotiation" (May 2019), and "Google Analytics Platform Principles" (March 2014).
