Paul Hayton

Paul Hayton has over 20 years of work experience. From 1998 to 1999, they were a Research Assistant and a Tutor for Engineering at St Hilda's College, Oxford University. In 2005, they were a Consultant at Communigate. From 2006 to 2017, they were a Curriculum Leader for Mathematics at Matthew Arnold School. In 2012, they were the Founding Director at ADX Tracking and was responsible for developing advertising tracking solutions and products for mobile devices. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Staff Software Engineer and Staff Dev Lead at Criteo where they were the Tech Lead for the Ad-X mobile tracking solution and the Catalog team. In 2017, they were the Technology Lead at Mrs Wordsmith and from 2018 to 2019, they were the CTO at Location Sciences. Currently, they are the CTO at Dataseat Ltd where they provide clients with their own DSP, a user data DMP and analytics to monitor performance.

Paul Hayton completed their DPhil in Engineering with a focus on Medical Imaging from the University of Oxford in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts in Engineering and Computing Science from the University of Oxford in 1995. In 2003, they were awarded a Chartered Engineer certification from IET, Inc.
