Vish Ramakrishnan

Vish Ramakrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles. Presently, they serve as the Head of Customer Success at DataSeers, a position they started in November 2022. Prior to this, Vish worked as a Senior Manager at GridX, Inc. from December 2020 to November 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, Vish held the role of Senior Manager - PMO at ESG, where they led the transition and growth strategies following the acquisition of iSIGMA, Inc. Vish was responsible for implementing value-focused methods and enhancing customer care and billing solutions for multiple market sectors. Before this, they held the position of Director, Products & Services at ESG from January 2013 to April 2016. In this role, Vish directed product delivery, program management, and client partner relationship strategies, overseeing $1B worth of release management and production support activities.

Prior to ESG, Vish served as the Director of Account Management at Smartsoft International Inc in 2012, where they led technical sales and client partner relationship strategies for SAP services and mobile product development. Vish also established an inside sales organization for continuous lead generation.

From 2000 to 2011, Vish worked at BOSS in various roles. Vish held the position of Director, Program Management & Client Partner from 2006 to 2011, where they focused on PMO leadership and business development with large Fortune 500 clients. Vish also worked as a Senior Business Manager at BOSS from 2000 to 2005.

Earlier in their career, Vish worked as a Business and Technology Consultant at HCL Infosystems Ltd. from 1998 to 2000, and as a Group Consultant at NIIT Limited from 1992 to 1998.

Vish Ramakrishnan's education history is as follows:

- Vish pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Madras from 1985 to 1988.
