Neemias Santos

Neemias Santos began their career in 2013 as a System Developer at Comunix Tecnologia, where they developed an app using PHP, Doctrine and Zend as backed, jQuery, backbone, Marionette, HTML and CSS as front-end. In 2015, they moved to UnYLeYa Brasil as a System Developer, where they developed an online on-call schedule tool. In 2017, they joined eDesk as a Senior Software Engineer, where they acted as a team leader and was responsible for requirement gathering, enhancement of processes, features and quality of the software, architecture analysis and AI machine learning creation and deployment. After two years, they were promoted to the creative team member and was part of the Google Partnership process, Leads generations project, Churn Prediction, and i18n process. In 2022, they joined Dataships as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were part of the product planning team and responsible for creating requirements and architectural decisions, implementing new AWS architecture infrastructure, designing, developing, maintenance of products, onboarding and mentoring new developers, and cultivating methodologies such as TDD and CI/CD. In their first week, they were able to restructure the infrastructure architecture, implementing methodologies such as sprint planning/estimations/review, unit tests and PR review, and give considerable help to the product design team with investigations and product design planning and delivery of the new product within two months in the company, helping clients increasing the audience by 40%.

Neemias Santos obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Faculdade Unyleya in 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Bacharelors in Information System from Anhanguera Educacional in 2015. From 2010 to 2013, they obtained a Certificado in Certificação no Pacote Adobe from SAGA – SCHOOL OF ART, GAME AND ANIMATION. In 2020, they also obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
