Rafael. L. Silva

Rafael L. Silva has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Rafael. currently serves as the COO at Sidelab since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Delivery Head at Dataside starting in September 2022. Before joining Dataside, Rafael worked at SAS as a Project Manager and Scrum Master Senior from December 2021 to March 2022. Rafael. was responsible for various tasks such as developing analytical techniques for preventing fraud and waste in medical bills, implementing Managed Services and SAS IFRS17 solution, and conducting workshops for migration of projects. From June 2021 to November 2021, Rafael worked at Dataside in a Customer Operations role where they managed demand, operations, and business service alerts using Azure Devops.

In 2019, Rafael held the position of Head of IT at SPDM - Hospital Municipal São José dos Campos, where they managed the implementation of the Tasy HTML System and Telemedicine Services. Additionally, they implemented Teleconsultation Services during the Covid-19 pandemic.

From 2016 to 2019, Rafael worked at Dataside Soluções em Banco de Dados as an Operation Manager. In this role, they monitored staff activities, managed projects and costs, and analyzed systems and processes for optimization.
