Marina Dolbik

Marina Dolbik has been working in the IT industry since 2008. Marina started their career as a QA at Numerical Methods in 2008. In 2009, they joined Tieto as a StreamServe Software Developer and then moved to ScienceSoft in 2013 as a Senior StreamServe Software Developer. In 2018, they joined Helmes Bel as a Product Owner and is currently working as a Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager at Akveo since 2021. As a Product Owner, Marina is leading a distributed multi-cultural Team and ensuring end-to-end delivery of software products for a major client in the automotive and insurance industries. Marina provides crystal clear user stories based on business high-level requirements, maintains and prioritizes backlog, collaborates with business and stakeholders, and plans projects according to capacity and deadlines. Marina is SCRUM experienced and has significantly improved processes in the Team and increased Customer and Squad satisfaction of the project.

Marina Dolbik's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Electronics from Belarusian State University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2009. In 2018 and 2019, they completed business analysis training at ITMINE. In 2019, they also completed a Product Owner course at AgileLab. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in 2021, ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level) in 2011, and StreamServe Persuasion Developer certified in 2011.
