Cynthia Moulton

Cynthia Moulton has a diverse work experience in the field of people operations and employee relations. Cynthia began their career at Healthline Media as an Operations Manager in 2017, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they also took on the role of Project Manager, Employee Experience. In 2020, they joined Red Ventures as a People Program Manager, staying with the company until 2021. Cynthia then worked at SiteRx from 2021 to 2023 as a member of the People Team. Cynthia then joined GXO Logistics, Inc. in 2022 as an Employee Relations specialist, before moving on to their current role as a People Operations Manager at DataSnipper in 2023.

Cynthia Moulton attended Dominican University New York from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Criminology.
