Juliana Lepasana

Juliana Lepasana is an experienced professional in people operations and recruitment, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Zeta Charter Schools since August 2025. Prior to this role, Juliana held various positions at TNTP, including Senior Manager of the People Team and Manager of National Recruitment, from December 2019 to June 2025. Juliana also worked as the Director of Children’s Programs at Hope Jersey City from September 2018 to December 2019, and previously gained experience as a Recruitment Screener at TNTP in early 2016. Juliana began a career in education as a High School Social Studies Teacher with Teach for America from 2012 to 2014 and completed an internship in the Immigration Department at World Relief in 2011. Juliana holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Wheaton College.
