Mark Prakke

Mark Prakke serves as IT Director and Senior Vice President of State and Local Government Solutions at DataStaff, Inc. since March 2019. In addition to this role, Mark Prakke is the President of Prakke & Associates, Inc. since 1996 and has been President of the NC Delta Upsilon Foundation, Inc. since December 1987. Mark Prakke previously held the position of Applications Development Manager and CIO at the NC Administrative Office of the Courts from 2008 to 2019, and served as IT Director - Applications Development at the NC Department of Health and Human Services from 1990 to 2008. Early in the career, Mark Prakke worked as an Applications Programmer at the NC Office of State Budget and Management from 1988 to 1990. Mark Prakke earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Science with a focus on Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1983 and 1987.
