Christine Pham

Christine Pham has over nine years of work experience. Christine currently works at DataStax as a Sales Operations, Reporting & Analytics professional starting from January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Dell from 2018 to 2020 as a Pricing Sales Ops Analyst, where they collaborated with various teams to determine contract price list criteria and provided key insights to legal and compliance teams. Christine also maintained and updated price lists and SKU lists for contracts with fixed price requirements.

Before their role at Dell, Christine worked at Dell EMC from 2014 to 2018 in two positions. Christine started as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they created reports and dashboards to support the needs of Sales Leaders and business clients, prepared analysis for business reviews, and collaborated with other teams to develop standard business processes. Later, they became a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, where they automated processes and reports, managed territory management rules, and participated in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new Salesforce functionalities.

Prior to Dell EMC, they interned at VCE, the Virtual Computing Environment Company, in the Channel Operations department. Additionally, they worked as an AVID Facilitator at Garland Independent School District from 2012 to 2013.

Christine Pham earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. Notably, in 2021, they completed the "Google Analytics Essential Training" program offered by LinkedIn. In 2020, they obtained certifications in subjects such as SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis, Microsoft SQL Server 2019, Excel implementation of Balanced Scorecards with KPIs, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Top Skills, Python for Data Visualization, and Tableau Analyst. Furthermore, in 2019, they completed the "Python for Data Science Essential Training" program offered by LinkedIn.
