Phil Miesle

Phil Miesle has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 1997, they worked as a Consultant at ServiceNet until 1998. From 1998 to 2002, they held the position of Senior Performance Engineer at Oracle. Following this, they joined Retek as a Senior Performance Engineer from 2002 to 2005. Phil then served as the Principle Performance Architect at Oracle Corporation from 2005 to 2007. Phil went on to co-found Global Scale Solutions and worked as a Co-Founder and Solution Architect from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Phil joined Quantum Retail Technology and held multiple roles. Phil first worked as a Database Architect from 2008 to 2012, followed by serving as an Operations Architect and Senior Manager Technical Services from 2012 to 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, Phil worked as a Visual Retail Platform Architect at Intel Corporation. In 2015, they founded Fort Clever Software, Ltd., where they worked as a Founder and Consultant. The company supported a team of software developers and engineers, providing expertise in customizing and optimizing features for Marks & Spencer's supply chain.

In 2017, Phil co-founded Agrify Solutions Ltd and assumed the role of Co-Founder and Product Owner. Phil played a crucial role in improving farm profitability and productivity by creating and selling solutions to farming problems.

Currently, since 2022, Phil is employed at DataStax as a Solution Architect.

Phil Miesle obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
