Zhao Yang

Zhao Yang has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the software engineering field. Zhao recently joined The Apache Software Foundation as an Apache Cassandra Committer in September 2020. Before that, they worked at DataStax as a Software Engineer starting in June 2017. Prior to that, they were employed at WORKS APPLICATIONS as a Software Engineer from October 2014 to June 2017. Zhao also gained teaching experience as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the National University of Singapore from January 2013 to May 2014, where they taught and supervised students in computer graphics and user interface development. Additionally, they interned as a Web Developer at PowerME Pte Ltd for three months in 2013, where they developed interactive 3D web applications and collaborated on a personalized learning platform.

Zhao Yang pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with Nanjing University in 2009. Although the degree name is not provided, they focused on the field of study in economics.
