Kasia Drusewicz

Kasia Drusewicz started their professional career in 2018 as a Sourcing Delivery Assistant at SNI. From September 2018 to March 2020, they worked as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at SEC Recruitment, specializing in IT roles for international consultancies and clients in various industries. In March 2020, they joined Datatonic as a Talent Specialist, where they recruited technical talent for the company's engineering, analytics, machine learning, and data science teams. In October 2022, they were promoted to Lead Technical Talent Specialist at Datatonic.

Kasia Drusewicz began their education at the University of Warsaw in 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Sociology and Human Resources Management. Kasia completed this program in 2016. Following this, they furthered their education at the University of Warsaw by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Social Policy, specializing in Human Resources. This degree was completed between the years 2016 and 2018.
