Pablo Carretero Álvarez began their work experience in 2018 as a UCL Transition Mentor at UCL. From November 2018 to June 2019, they worked as a Brand Representative at Hollister Co., where they focused on providing excellent customer service and staying informed about the business's commercial awareness. In 2021, they joined Huawei as a Summer Research Student, conducting research on unsupervised machine learning methods and improving model performance. Currently, they are working at Datatonic, starting in October 2021 as a Business Intelligence Analyst and later being promoted to Associate Data Scientist in April 2022. In these roles, they have been responsible for designing, building, and maintaining analytics solutions, particularly focused on creating self-service data models and visualizations/reports on Looker. Pablo has also deployed Looker data models to optimize marketing costs, increase customer attraction, and monitor sales performance.

Pablo Carretero Álvarez completed their education in a chronological order. Pablo followed a path of continuous learning, beginning with their European Baccalaureate from the European School of Luxembourg I, which they obtained between 2010 and 2017. During this time, their studies focused on Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Aside from their formal education, Pablo Carretero Álvarez has also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and qualifications. Pablo earned the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google in March 2023. In addition, they obtained the Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification in February 2023 and the Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer certification in September 2022, all from Google.
