Jessica Kartes

Jessica Kartes has over two decades of experience in the customer service and escrow industries. Currently, Jessica serves as a Customer Service Representative at Data Trace and as a Senior Customer Account Specialist at First American Data & Analytics, roles held since May 2005. Prior experience includes positions as a Commercial Escrow Officer and Escrow Officer at First American Title from September 2001 to 2004. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Economics from Central Michigan University, completed in 1999.
