Scott Spector

Scott Spector is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management advisory, business development, and strategic consulting. As the Founder and Managing Director of Mast Ventures, LLC since April 2007, Scott Spector has facilitated business growth for entrepreneurs and operating executives through a combination of advisory services and operational support. Additional roles include serving as an Advisor for DataTusk, contributing to digital transformations, and holding positions at MHI Global and McKinsey Solutions, where high-priority initiatives and interim leadership were essential. Spector founded and led Venaca, Inc., which specializes in media asset management software, and held various roles in early career stages, including consulting for McKinsey & Company and investment analysis at Irving Trust/Bank of New York. Education includes a Master’s in Operations Research and a Bachelor’s in Applied Math & Statistics from Stony Brook University.
