Nayana Penmetsa is currently the Head of Engineering for the Provider team at Datavant, where Nayana is focused on building products for healthcare providers to enable data sharing. Prior to this role, Nayana served as an Engineering Lead at Plaid, overseeing multiple engineering teams within the Data Access group. With a background in Information Systems and Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Nayana has a wealth of experience in leading engineering teams to build scalable and reliable solutions.
