Nora Kamal

Nora Kamal, MPS, PHR, currently serves as the Director of HRBP & Strategic People Initiatives at Datavant since April 2025. Prior to this role, Nora was the Director of HR and Total Rewards at Proterra from January 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities included leading the HR Technology, Total Rewards, and HR Compliance Teams to enhance operational efficiency. Previous experience includes positions as Organizational Development Manager and Human Resources Manager at Proterra and Tindall Corporation, respectively, where Nora focused on strategic HR initiatives, HRIS management, and talent development programs. Nora's expertise is complemented by a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
