Stanley Mbugua

Stanley Mbugua is an accomplished finance and accounting executive currently serving as the VP of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, and Board Secretary at Datavault AI, Inc. since September 2024. Previously, Stanley held the position of Chief Accounting Officer at Presto and Skillz Inc. between April 2023 and March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing SEC and statutory financial reporting, auditor relationships, and controllership. Stanley's career also includes a role as VP and Chief Accounting Officer at Rimini Street, playing a pivotal role in the company's IPO and implementation of new accounting standards. Early experience includes working as Sr. Director & Corporate Controller at Lattice Semiconductor, following its acquisition of Silicon Image.
