Nikhil Smotra is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in data engineering and analytics. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Dataworkz Inc since February 2020, Nikhil has demonstrated leadership in the tech industry. Previously, Nikhil served on the Advisory Board of Rutgers BigData from November 2018 to July 2022 and held senior roles at iQor, including Sr. Vice President and Head of Data Engineering, as well as Vice President of Data Solutions and Analytics from October 2011 to January 2020. Nikhil's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Lockheed Martin and a Consultant at General Dynamics, with an initial role as Lead Engineer at Ketera Technologies. Nikhil holds an Executive Program degree in Data Science and Analytics from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Sciences from Pune University.
