Zoe Lane is currently the Associate Director at DataX Connect, leading and growing the US Hi-Tech team. With a background in recruitment, Zoe specializes in the appointment of permanent project and cost management professionals UK Wide at Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd, where Zoe also manages the property & surveying team. Previously, Zoe has held roles such as Head of Built Environment at Spencer-Ogden and Senior Manager at Hays, where Zoe managed various sub-specialisms in the construction and property sectors. Zoe began their recruitment career as a Recruitment Consultant at RGB Network and has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports Science from Kingston University.
