Shane Sale currently serves as the Head of Talent and People Experience at Duncan & Toplis, overseeing strategic and operational initiatives in talent acquisition and candidate experience. Simultaneously, Shane holds the Head of Talent position for multiple brands within the Duncan & Toplis group, including Datcom and Castlegate Financial Management, focusing on recruitment efforts. Previous experience includes founding and mentoring at Lucky7 Digital, leading talent strategies at Moss, and co-founding Stack, along with roles in Agile consulting and project management. Shane has also contributed to youth mentorship through Learning to Work and established the Agile.digital Networking Group. Education was completed at The Open University between 2000 and 2003.
