Kayla Walding

Kayla Walding, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different companies. Kayla started their career in the US Air Force Reserve as a Medical Logistics personnel from October 2008 to October 2014. In 2011, they worked as a Teller at First State Bank for 10 months. Kayla then joined DATCU Credit Union in March 2012 as a Teller, eventually becoming a Personal Service Representative in December 2012. From October 2014 to August 2018, they served as a Training Specialist, specializing in HR training. In August 2018, they became a Benefits and Payroll Coordinator until August 2019. From August 2019 to December 2020, they held the position of Director of Human Resources. Kayla then advanced to the role of AVP HR and Training from January 2021 to December 2021, and since January 2022, they have been serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at DATCU Credit Union.

Kayla Walding, SHRM-CP began their education in 2009 at NCTC, Corinth, TX, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. Kayla attended this institution until 2012. Following this, they enrolled at Texas Woman's University in 2013 and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services in 2015.
