Customer Service Team

The Customer Service Team at DATCU Credit Union is responsible for providing exceptional service to members by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored financial advice. Team members, including Personal Service Representatives, Virtual Service Representatives, and Tellers, work collaboratively to ensure a positive banking experience both in-person and virtually. The team also includes Community Relations Representatives and Coordinators who help foster strong community connections and engagement.
