Lesley Villanueva

Lesley Villanueva has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to present. Lesley started as an Architectural Apprentice at Arch. Ma. Lisa V. Santos in 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Assistant Project Architect at Aidea Philippines, Incorporated. In 2007, they became a Project Architect at the same company, and their responsibilities included conceptualization, design schemes, supervision, and coordination for various projects. In 2008, Lesley joined DATEM Incorporated as an Associate Architect, where they supervised the production of shop drawings and led the Technical Services Group for a specific project. Lesley later moved on to become a Project Manager and an Area Manager at DATEM Incorporated. In 2013, they took on the role of Business Development and Marketing Manager, responsible for establishing the company's marketing department and coordinating external marketing activities. Lesley also holds the position of President at DATEM Incorporated, starting from January 2021. In 2015, they also became the Chief Executive Officer of DATEM Homes, Incorporated, overseeing the Project Management Division and ensuring profitability and quality of real estate projects.

Lesley Villanueva completed a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2004, Lesley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of the Philippines.
