Barani Kumaresan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Barani currently serves as the Vice President at AGSTEK PARTNERS, where they are responsible for architecting and providing solutions to clients regarding data governance, data modeling, and big data implementation. Barani also actively generates sales pipeline in the USA by recommending data solutions to clients to optimize business processes and drive cost savings.

Prior to their current role, Barani worked at ClusterCode Technology as a Solution Architect and Offering Solution Sales professional. During their time there, they signed four clients, developed a sales pipeline worth S$6.5 million, and managed a team of 80 resources. Their technical expertise in emerging technologies and SFDC-Vlocity contributed to their success in this role.

Before joining ClusterCode Technology, Barani held various roles at Kris Infotech : Technology & Talent - Synced. Barani started as a recruiter and eventually became the Country Head. Barani signed 11 new clients and developed a sales pipeline of over S$25 million during their five-year tenure. Their deep technical expertise spanned across multiple industries, including pharma, F&B, retail, oil & gas, telecom, media, technology, manufacturing, automotive, travel, logistics, eCommerce, fintech, and higher education.

Additionally, Barani worked at K2 Partnering Solutions as a Senior Recruitment Associate. Barani played a key role in developing the Recruitment Practice in Singapore and contributed to account management, business development, and team growth.

Barani Kumaresan attended KVS Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Virudhunagar from 1990 to 2002. There, they completed their Higher Secondary education, focusing on Maths, Physics, and Chemistry, with a specialization in the Group Computer Science. Subsequently, from 2002 to 2006, Barani attended Anna University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a major in Computer Science.
