Guilherme Pessoa

Guilherme Pessoa has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Guilherme is currently the Founder & CEO of Dattos, a position they have held since December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder & CEO of Confere Cartões, a company specializing in financial management for SMBs. The company was successfully acquired by Cloudwalk Inc. in July 2019.

Before their role at Confere Cartões, Guilherme co-founded and served as CEO of Novum IT Solutions from April 2011 until December 2017.

Earlier in their career, Guilherme worked at J.P. Morgan as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for resource allocation control IT projects in Brazil and managed periodic meetings with leaders of the areas involved in the projects. Prior to J.P. Morgan, they worked as a Project Manager at Banco Carrefour.

Guilherme's professional journey began as an Estagiário at Matera from June 2007 to September 2009.

From 2019 to 2020, Guilherme attended Harvard Business School, where they obtained a degree in Economics for Managers. During their studies, they focused on applying conjoint analysis to understand what features customers value most.

In 2021, Guilherme enrolled in Tera, where they pursued a degree in Digital Product Leadership. The field of study for this program was Engenharia de Software (Software Engineering).

From 2012 to 2014, Guilherme completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, specializing in Strategic Marketing.

Guilherme's earliest academic achievement dates back to 2002 when they graduated from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, with a focus on Computer Science.
