Luiz Fialho

Luiz Fialho has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Luiz began their career in 2014 as a Product Strategist at InstructorLive in London. In 2014, they also founded Polem - Irrigation Technology as a result of their graduation thesis. In 2015, Luiz joined Trust & Co Investimentos as an M&A Associate, where they gained experience in project finance advisory and research in diversified segments. Luiz later became an M&A Partner at Trust & Co, directly involved in over $1.0 billion in M&A advisory and major international deals.

In 2017, Luiz co-founded Real Games Entertainment, a company focused on virtual reality entertainment operations in shopping centers in Brazil. Luiz also worked as a Sócio at Real Games Entertainment from 2019 to 2022.

In 2018, Luiz joined inChurch as a Sócio and later became the CFO & COO. Luiz played a crucial role in the company's growth, helping it achieve a 300% year-over-year growth rate and reaching over 100 employees. Luiz was responsible for operations, customer service, finance, and business development.

From 2021 to 2022, Luiz worked as the Head of Corporate Venture Capital & M&A at ACE Aceleratech's ACE Cortex, a prominent consultancy in venture capital and innovation in Brazil. Luiz advised some of the largest companies in the country on their venture capital strategy and helped the company achieve its revenue goals.

In 2021, Luiz also worked at Marcopolo S.A. in the Corporate Venture Capital division.

Most recently, Luiz joined Dattos in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer.

In 2023, they joined Minuano as a Mentor, further expanding their professional experience.

Luiz Fialho's education history includes a scholarship in Computer Science at the University of London from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. In terms of additional certifications, Luiz obtained the following:

- In June 2021, they completed the Venture Deals Spring 2021 program at Kauffman Fellows.

- In October 2019, they completed the Formação Tech CFO program at Be Academy.

- In June 2017, Luiz passed the CFA Level II Exam administered by the CFA Institute.

- In December 2016, they passed the CFA Level I Exam also administered by the CFA Institute.
