Regina Guinn

Regina Guinn has over 25 years of work experience in the fields of business operations, recruitment, and staffing. Regina has held various roles at different companies. From 1995 to 2006, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at MDI. In 2007, they joined Matrix Resources as a Technical Recruiter. Regina then served as the Central Recruiting and Fulfillment Manager at Strategic Staffing Solutions from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they worked at GE Transportation as part of the Yoh - Recruiting Center of Excellence team, where they focused on defining and implementing recruiting strategies. Since 2015, they have been working at Datum Software Inc., starting as a National Delivery Manager and currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Operations.
