Michael Glunn

Michael Glunn has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the technology industry. Michael started their career at Computer Generation, Inc in 1990, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and later took on the role of Project Development Manager. Michael then moved on to Intec Telecom Systems in 1999, where they held the position of Director of Billing Mediation Services and later Director of OSS Presales Support. In 2010, Glunn joined SunTec Business Solutions as Head of Sales Support and Consulting before being promoted to Head of Industry Practice, Americas. Michael'smost recent role was at Daugherty Business Solutions, where they served as a Principal, Team Manager, and Delivery Leadership Practice. In this role, they were responsible for leading various projects and initiatives for Cox Business, Cox Engineering, and Cox EPMO/Product.

Michael Glunn completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, with a minor in Computer Science, from Florida State University - College of Business. Michael obtained certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional, Agile Project and Delivery Management, Business Agility Foundations, Agile Team Facilitation, Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist.
