Johnnette Chong has extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as the Director of Financial Services for the Daughters of Charity Health System since July 2005, after being promoted from Controller at the Robert F. Kennedy Medical Center. In the role at Daughters of Charity, Johnnette Chong advises on and assists with the implementation of financial reporting systems and internal processes to enhance the effectiveness of financial reporting functions, including evaluating and recommending upgrades to automated accounting and financial management systems. Prior to this, Johnnette Chong managed financial services and patient accounting as Controller at Robert F. Kennedy Medical Center from April 2000 to June 2005, overseeing daily financial operations, month-end closings, budget management, and various audits.
