Shariff McMichael

Shariff McMichael has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shariff started their career as a Munitions Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force from 1993 to 1997. Afterward, they worked as the Director of Operations at Kloke Movers - Atlas Van Lines from 1997 to 2001. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations.

From 2001 to 2006, Shariff served as the Computer Operations Manager at Burlington Stores, Inc. Shariff focused on improving production efficiency and successfully opened two new distribution centers. Additionally, they managed human resources-related tasks in three locations.

In 2006, Shariff joined Mr. John/Russell Reid as a General Manager. Shariff oversaw budgets, pricing, financial reporting, logistics, facilities, and customer service activities for southern New Jersey satellite offices.

Since 2007, Shariff has been associated with Dav El | BostonCoach. Shariff started as the Regional Vice President/VP, Operations and provided leadership to branch Directors and Managers. In this role, they established improvement initiatives and oversaw national fleet administration and facility logistics. Later, they became the Chief Operating Officer and took charge of financials, strategic initiatives, operational KPIs, and acquisitions. Shariff also collaborated with sales, marketing, and technology divisions to generate new business, enhance efficiency, and improve profitability. Currently, Shariff holds the position of President & CEO at Dav El | BostonCoach.

Shariff McMichael attended Girard College and obtained a diploma in 1992. Shariff also holds additional certifications including a Positive Management Leadership (PML) Certificate from Positive Management Leadership, Inc. and a Smith System Defensive Driving Certified Trainer certification from Smith System Driver Improvement Institute, Inc.
