Chad Loder

Chad Loder started their work experience in 2005 as a Team Lead at Global Precast Inc. Chad then worked as a Construction Manager at Davaco Inc from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they became the North American Operations Manager at Mirabelli Corporation. Currently, Chad is the Senior Manager of Field Operations and Director of Operations at DAVACO since 2019.

Chad Loder completed two years of study at the College of the North Atlantic from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Industrial Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained multiple certifications from Procore Technologies, including Procore Certified: Estimator, Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety), Procore Certified: Project Manager at Specialty Contractor (Preconstruction), Procore Certified: Superintendent, Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), and Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Financial Management). These certifications were obtained between 2022 and 2023. Chad also received a certification in Developing Resourcefulness from LinkedIn in September 2022.
