Dave Baxter

Dave Baxter has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and quality management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at DAVCO Technology, LLC since November 2005, where responsibilities include scheduling production, budgeting for equipment, designing assembly lines, and overseeing day-to-day operations. Previously, Dave held various roles at TRW, including Metrologist, where responsibilities encompassed gage calibrations, ISO audits, and quality engineering, as well as experience as a Shift Supervisor at Airway Welding, Inc., where oversight of operational efficiency was key. A graduate of the Journeyman Program at TRW, alongside education from the University of Phoenix, Dave has a proven track record in process optimization, quality assurance, and team leadership across multiple international facilities.
