Anthony Silva

Anthony Silva has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anthony started their career as a Barista at Starbucks in 2012, before becoming a Shift Manager. Anthony then moved to Red Robin as a Manager from 2013 to 2015. After that, they joined Taco Bueno Restaurants as a Senior General Manager before transitioning into roles such as Manager of Recruiting, Manager of Training & Communications, and Senior Manager of Operations Services & Guest Relations.

In 2019, Anthony joined Sun Holdings, Inc. as a Group Senior Manager of Operations Services before moving to Brinker International as a Project Manager in Operations Excellence. Currently, they are working at Dave & Buster's Inc., starting as a Manager of Operations Excellence at their Main Event location before being promoted to Senior Manager and then Director in the same department.

Anthony Silva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice and Law Administration, Criminology, and Sociology from Western Connecticut State University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including the Leadership Profile - Manager Edition from Leadership Circle, Part 107 Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration, Smartsheet Product Certified User from Smartsheet, ServSafe Certified Instructor, ServSafe Registered Examination Proctor, and ServSafe Food Protection Manager from the National Restaurant Association.
