David Spirito

David Spirito has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 25 years in the food and beverage industry. David currently holds the position of Vice President of Food and Beverage Innovation at Dave & Buster's Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director Culinary and Head of Food Service at Avocados From Mexico from October 2019 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as the Senior Director of Food and Beverage Innovation at TGI Fridays from August 2016 to September 2019, and as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Logan's Roadhouse from September 2015 to August 2016. From 2013 to 2015, David held the role of Corporate Executive Chef - Global at T.G.I. Fridays. David also worked at LM Restaurants as a Corporate Chef and in Research & Development from October 2010 to June 2013. Furthermore, they served as the Corporate Chef at HUSA Management, Inc. from March 2005 to October 2010. Prior to that, they held positions such as Executive Chef at Resa's Prime Steak House and Piano Bar from January 2002 to March 2005, and Executive Sous Chef at Hilton Anatole Dallas Texas from March 2000 to January 2002. David started their career as a Bad Ass Line Cook at Club Corp from November 1998 to March 2000.

David Spirito has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Johnson & Wales University. David also holds certifications from various educational institutions, including the Yale School of Management, the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, the University of Idaho, Harvard Business School Executive Education, and New York University. David'scertifications cover fields such as Executive Education - Innovation, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, Agricultural Business and Management, Future of Food Innovation, Inclusion Leadership, and Innovation & Strategy. David Spirito also attended Plainville High School for their general education.
