Eric Meyler

Eric Meyler has extensive experience in supply chain management and purchasing. Eric is currently working as the Senior Director of Supply Chain & Indirect at Dave & Buster's Inc., where they have held various roles since 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Fogo de Chão from 2017 to 2020.

Before that, Eric was the Vice President of Purchasing at Lone Star Steakhouse from 2013 to 2017, where they implemented cost-saving strategies and created national programs for services. Eric also worked as the Director of Purchasing at Romano's Macaroni Grill from 2010 to 2013, where they executed distribution reviews and negotiated new programs with suppliers.

At Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, Eric worked as the Manager of Sourcing Operations from 2003 to 2010, and at Fleming Companies, they served as an Inventory Specialist from 2002 to 2003. Eric started their career at Bud's Salads, Inc. as the Director of Operations from 1996 to 2002, and prior to that, they worked as a Warehouse Manager at Thermal Transfer Systems, Inc. from 1993 to 1996.

Throughout their career, Eric has consistently reduced costs while maintaining or improving quality through alternate suppliers. Eric has a strong track record of identifying opportunities for savings and implementing effective purchasing strategies.

Eric Meyler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from The University of Texas at Dallas. Eric attended the university from 1993 to 1997.
