Matt Welch

Matt Welch has extensive experience in construction management, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Dave & Buster's Inc., Matt served as Senior Director of Construction and previously as Director of Construction from September 2019 to May 2025. Prior to this, Matt worked at Main Event as Construction Manager from January 2015 to September 2019, and at Le Duff America, Inc. as Director of Construction for a brief period in 2014. Earlier in the career, Matt was a Construction Manager at Cheddar's Casual Cafe and managed Pre-Construction Services at EMJ Corporation General Contractors. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
