Lori Boyer

Lori Boyer is an experienced project manager currently working at DAVENPORT since July 2015, bringing a strong background in traffic engineering from Mattern & Craig, where Lori was employed from March 2007 to July 2015. Additionally, Lori served as a signal design engineer at the North Carolina Department of Transportation from January 2005 to February 2007. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, earned between 1993 and 1998.
