Dr. Rebekka Lintzmeyer

Dr. Rebekka Lintzmeyer serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at davero dialog GmbH, responsible for supporting strategic, operational, and conceptual tasks, as well as project coordination aimed at the company's strategic development, digitalization, event organization, and stakeholder communication. Prior to this role, Rebekka held positions as an Account Managerin, focusing on customer relationship management, new client acquisition, market analysis, and workshop facilitation. Rebekka's academic experience includes serving as a Lecturer at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where responsibilities encompassed seminar development and evaluation, as well as international project work with the Hamdan Foundation, and the creation of E-Learning offerings. Rebekka holds a Doctorate in Educational Psychology from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and recently completed further education in HR Management, concentrating on personal development and digital skills at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
