Michael Peltier

Michael Peltier has over a decade of experience in the food service industry, currently serving as Prepared Foods Manager and previously as Assistant Manager at Dave's Marketplace since July 2010. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Kitchen Manager at Newport Creamery LLC from August 2006 to April 2010. Michael Peltier earned an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, studying there from 2002 to 2004.
