Mary Morrissey

Mary Morrissey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board, currently serving as Senior Manager for Prepared Consumer Foods and Client Engagement since December 2021 and January 2021, respectively. With a career at Bord Bia spanning over two decades, Mary has held numerous senior roles, including Senior Manager for Dairy and Sector Manager for various food categories. Notable contributions include designing the Food Works programme to support food entrepreneurs and developing a business development initiative for growth-oriented small businesses. Mary holds a Higher Diploma in Business Sustainability from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an MSc in Food Business from University College Cork, and a BA in Public Administration from the University of Limerick.
