Carolyne Canady

Carolyne Canady, CFE has extensive work experience in the food service industry. Carolyne is currently the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Dave's Hot Chicken, where they oversee the company's development strategies and is also a Franchise Owner/CEO. Prior to this, Carolyne held the position of President International/Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Blaze Pizza, LLC from 2012 to 2019. In this role, they supervised various functional areas and negotiated major deals. Before joining Blaze Pizza, Carolyne worked at Buffalo Wild Wings as the Director of Franchise Sales, where they were responsible for all franchise sales processes and launched targeted marketing campaigns. Carolyne's earlier experience includes roles at CKE Restaurants, Inc. as a Franchise Business Consultant and Regional Director for Rally's. Carolyne also worked as an Area Director at Sbarro, Inc. and as a Market Manager at Taco Bell Corporation, where they achieved significant profit growth and implemented innovative strategies.
