Shannon has held various roles in prominent companies, including Dave's Hot Chicken, where they served as the VP of Franchise Development and played a crucial role in the rapid growth of the company. Prior to that, they worked as a Franchise Expert Consultant at Elevate Franchise Experts, helping brands scale up their operations. Shannon also served as the VP of Franchise Development at Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill and Senior Director of Franchise at Twin Peaks Restaurants. Shannon has a proven track record of driving franchise performance and revenue growth.

Shannon Swenson, CFE, MBA has a diverse educational background. In 1999-2003, they attended the University of North Texas, where they obtained a degree in Finance. In 2009-2010, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing Management and Global Business at the University of Dallas. Following this, in 2011-2013, they obtained a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) certification from the International Franchise Association (IFA), specializing in Franchising and Franchise Operations. In 2018, they completed a Digital Marketing Certification program at Cornell University, with a concentration in Online Strategy.
