Duffy Haggarty

Duffy Haggarty, PLS, currently serves as the Geomatics Business Unit Leader and Survey Director at David Evans and Associates, Inc., overseeing the Survey Department in the Spokane, WA area since September 2014. Haggarty has held various positions within the company, including Geomatics BD Strategy Leader and Mountain West Regional Survey Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Survey Manager at TD&H Engineering, Land Surveyor Project Manager at DJ&A Engineering, and GIS Mapping Manager at Whitworth Water District. Haggarty also has a background in technical support, having worked as a Level 2 Support Technician at Idaho National Laboratory and as a Double Agent for Geek Squad, where leadership and training were integral. Duffy Haggarty holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from The University of Montana.
