Jessy Dimandja

Jessy Dimandja currently serves as a Substation Engineering Designer at David Evans and Associates, Inc., focusing on the protection, control, and physical design of substations, as well as systems studies and SCADA integration in compliance with national standards. Prior experience includes a role as Substation Coordinator at HDR, ensuring effective design and protection for various clients, and positions at Texas Tech University as an Undergraduate Laboratory Research Assistant and Electronics and Electrical Circuits Tutor, where Jessy developed a testbed for measuring MOSFET performance and assisted over 300 students in their coursework. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from Texas Tech University, alongside an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Engineering from Dallas College. Jessy is also Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) 219 Certified.
