Noah Herlocker

Noah Herlocker, PWS, is a Senior Ecologist and Project Manager at David Evans and Associates, Inc. since April 2022, specializing in environmental planning and compliance. Noah's career began as a Biologist with the Washington State Department of Transportation, where initial work involved wetland mitigation performance monitoring.
