Richard Damiano

Richard Damiano serves as the Substation Practice Leader and Senior Project Manager at David Evans and Associates, Inc. since June 2022, focusing on professional growth and client success through teamwork and effective communication. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at Commonwealth Associates, Inc. from February 2014 to June 2022, including Project Manager and Section Manager, where responsibilities involved talent development and project management. Richard's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Engineer at Inland Power and Light Co. from 1998 to 2013 and working as an Electrical Engineer at TriAxis Engineering Inc. (formerly part of CH2M Hill) from 1992 to 1998, where Richard specialized in substation design. Richard began a professional career with an internship at Chelan County PUD in 1990. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Washington State University in 1992.
